Happy Father's Day

Good evening!  I have a pop up box card to show you today that I made for Father's Day.  I have used papers from Maja Design's Vintage Summer and Little Street Cafe Collections.

The stitched circles were cut with Crealies dies and the Dad sentiment is a die from my stash.  The edges of all the pieces were inked with Walnut Stain Distress Ink using a blending tool.

I have used the banner from Magnolia Doohickey Volume 9 and the flags and flagpoles from the Flags Doohickey die.  The stars were cut with a Sizzix die.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Just Sittin' Here Thinking of You

Good morning!  I have a bright, sunny card to share today that I have made to cheer someone up during lockdown.  I have used the Magnolia Doohickey frame from Vintage Box 6 to create the sun shaped card.  I have used Maja's Little Street Cafe papers and cut the frame twice.

This sweet Tilda is Tilda and Champagne Tilday from the Pop Fizz Clink Collection, painted with Distress Inks.  The sentiment is a Magnolia Miniworld version of an older sentiment.  The cherry blossoms are from Craft Heaven.

The lace, seam binding and clock charm are also from Craft Heaven.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Craft Heaven DT - Congratulations Girl!

Good morning!  I have another Congratulations card to show you today featuring one of the Student Collection stamps from Magnolia.  The papers are all from Maja Design and I have used the heart frame Doohickey for the panel behind Tilda.

As always, I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks and added dots to her cheeks and eyes with a white gel pen.

I have added flowers, seam binding, lace and chipboard pieces from Craft Heaven.

The sentiment is an older Magnolia stamp that comes in a set of three.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Stay Home, Stay Safe

Good evening!  I hope you are all safe and well.  The special "Help the Artist" set landed in my letterbox yesterday and I had to get straight to work with it!  I love it so much!  I've used almost every stamp - just a little virus stamp that I haven't used.  The heart base was cut with the Doohickey from Vintage Box 5 and the paper is from Maja Design.

I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks as usual and added dots to her eyes and cheeks with a white gel pen.  I also used the pen for the elastic on her face mask.

I love the sentiments in the set.  I couldn't decide between them so used them all!

The heart shaped thought bubble is so cute too.  I've topped it with the solid heart stamp, stamped in blue and popped on 3D tabs.

I don't know if stockpiling toilet roll has been a problem in every country but it certainly has been in the UK!  Tilda has been very sensible though and only has three!

I hope youl like it and thanks for looking!

Student Collection

Good morning! Today's card features stamps from the new Student Collection from Magnolia.  I have used the Grattis Studenten Art Set for this card.

I stamped the falling roses three times at different angles so that it looks like Tilda is having roses thrown around her.  I have painted the image with Distress Inks.  I love that the Swedish flag can be painted as the English flag too!

I have paired the stamp with the Congratulations text from the Lost and Found Collection but the stamp set does include some Swedish text.

I used the fence from Doohickey Volume 25 and the Star Tag too.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!
