Wrinkles Don't Hurt

Good evening!  I have a fun new Magnolia image and sentiment set to show you on today's card from the Laundry Collection for Craft Heaven.  The papers are from Reprint's Love and Romance collection.

I have painted Ironing Tilda with Distress Inks and added Stardust Stickles to her ironing and her hair ribbon.

The cute coat hangers are by Laserowe and I have made the dress using the baby's romper Doohickey die - I have simply cut off the leg section.  The seam binding I have used for the scarf is from Craft Heaven.

I have added another hanger and some flowers from Craft Heaven on the other side of the image.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

It's Your Birthday!

I have another magazine card to show you today.  This was also created for Papercraft Essentials.

Flower Petal Tilda from the Fluttering Butterfly Collection was painted with Distress Inks and I have masked her with a flower stamp from a few years ago, along with the cute little bees.

The sentiment is from the Yay Balloon Kit.  I do love how you can stamp sentiments in different colours to match the card.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Craft Heaven DT - Birthday Pop Up Card

Good morning!  Today I want to share the birthday card I made for my daughter's birthday.  She loves these pop up boxes so of course I had to make one bursting with sweet Tildas!  The papers are mostly from Maja Design's Miles Apart Collection and a few scraps from the Sofiero Collection.  The flowers and stunning crown button are all from Craft Heaven.

I have used lots of Doohickey dies from Volumes 5 and 14.  The cute cupcakes from Volume 14 have been topped with lilac roses.

All of the Tildas are from the Lovely Collection and are painted with Distress Inks.  This one is Tilda...

...this one is Loooving Tilda...

... and this one is O'Birthday Tilda.

The gorgeous balloons are from Volume 5.

The numbers Tilda is holding are from my stash, painted with crackle paint and then waxed with prima wax.

At the back of the card I have used the three tiered cake from Volume 5.

On the back of the box I have used the heart from Volume 5 to create a space for a message.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Spring Snails Card

Good afternoon!  Today's card is one I made to be featured in the recent issue of Die-Cutting Essentials.  The background paper is from Maja Design's Summer Basics Collection.
It features the Bee-You Art Stamp Kit from Magnolia and also the Snails and Mushrooms from a few years ago.  They are still available from the Magnolia website though.
The grass and mushrooms at the bottom was cut with a die from Doohickey Volume 6.  I'd never thought of colouring die-cuts in before I made this card but I love how it turned out.
I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Ooh La Llama!!

Good morning!  Today is an exciting day at Magnolia - the Oh La Llama Pop Up Box is on its way!  I had so much fun making this card using all of the images.  There are also some sentiments and a gorgeous postage stamp but I ran out of room!  All of the papers are by Maja Design from various collections.

I thought the kit teamed perfectly with the dies from Fajita/Fiesta Doohickey dies from 2016.  I've used the frame, swag and cactus dies from the kit.

I have also used the tassle from Doohickey Volume 5 to match the tassles Tilda is holding.

I love Tilda's outfit on this stamp - adorable as usual!

As always I have painted the images with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  Here I have masked Tilda with the cactus accessory stamp.

How cute is this llama?!

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Flower Bike Tilda

Good afternoon!  Today I have made a gatefold scene card using the gorgeous Flower Bike Tilda from Magnolia's Lovely Collection.  The papers are all from Maja Design, the green is Monochromes, Shades of Winterdays, Moss Green and the pink is from the Little Street Cafe Collection.

This is what the card looks like when you open the first 'gate' of the card.  I have used the fence and hill Doohickey from Doohickey Volume 6 to create the little fence scenes on each side.  I have also used the tree and blossoms from Doohickey Volume 22.

This is the card fully open.  The cute clouds were cut with a die from Volume 25 and I have used the Doily Edge Doohickey for the top of the card.

As always, I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks.

I have used one of the Woodland Tags for the sentiment and rearranged the Have a Lovely Day sentiment by masking parts of the stamp so that it fitted in the heart.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!
