Craft Heaven DT - #hugs & kisses

Good morning!  I have another card to share today for Craft Heaven DT using one of the stamps from the new collection and Maja Design papers.

As always I painted Tilda with Distress Inks.  I used the Magnolia Postcard stamp from the With Love collection around the edges of the image.

The butterfly was cut from a Pion Design paper.  The roses are from Craft Heaven and the 'hugs and kisses' sentiment is from the new stamp kit.

I used the toadstool Doohickey from Doohickey Volume 7, the tassle Doohickey from Volume 5 and the frame from Volume 13, which I have cut in half to use either side of the image.

I hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us at Craft Heaven.  Thanks for looking!

Exciting News!

Good morning!  Today I have some exciting news for Magnolia fans!  The Magnolia Design Team are starting The Official Magnolia Inspirational Challenge back up again!

It's a new challenge blog address, but based on the same ideas as the old TOMIC blog.  To start off the new blog we thought it would be a good idea for you to get to know the Design Team a bit better.  So for the next three days you will get to know the whole team as each member will post a little bit about themselves on the blog!

The first challenge will be 1st March.  I hope you'll be able to join us!  In the meantime, please head over to the TOMIC blog to meet the first few team members and find out more!

A Gift Bag

Good afternoon!  I have made a gift bag this week for my Craft Heaven post using two gorgeous new Tilda's from the latest stamp kit.  I have used a mixture of Maja Design papers and papers from my stash.

I don't know the name of these images yet but this Tilda isn't holding the present, she comes with her outstretched hand which you could place all sorts of the small accessory stamps on, which is great!  I've used the small gift stamp that came with the set.  I have painted with Distress Inks and used a white gel pen for the dots on her eyes and cheeks.

The bag was cut with the heart frame from Vintage Box 5 and the balloons are also Doohickey dies.

The sentiment is from the Raising the Ceiling collection and I have added lace and flowers from Craft Heaven.

I also added a rose gold glitter star that I recycled from a bought card.

I used the cut off strips from two different Maja Design papers to make the handle.  I love that Maja Design papers have these strips, they're so useful!

On the back of the gift bag I have used another new Tilda, also painted with Distress Inks.  I have used To and From stamps from a Magnolia kit and cut them out with a tag Doohickey from Volume 3.

I hope you like it and I've inspired you to join us at Craft Heaven.  Thanks for looking! x

Where is the Cake?

Good morning!  I have some new Magnolia stamps to share with you this morning from the latest stamp kit.  I don't know the official name of this Tilda yet but she looks like she's celebrating a birthday don't you think?  The papers I've used are all by Maja Design.

I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I thought I'd have a bit of fun and added some little freckles between her eyes with a Distress Marker too.

To the left of Tilda I have added a birthday cake cut with a Doohickey die.  I've only used the top two tiers of the cake and trimmed down the cake plate to fit.  The flowers are from my stash.

I have added some paper straws topped with heart pins to create poles for the pennant flags.  The straws are from Craft Heaven.  The pennants were cut with a Doohickey from the Flag and Cloud set.

I have used the balloons from Doohickey Volume 5 to the right of Tilda.

The "Where is the cake?" sentiment is from the new stamp kit too.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking! x

Craft Heaven DT - Let's Take a Selfie!

Good morning!  I am excited to show you some of the new Magnolia stamps from the new kit today on my card for Craft Heaven.  All of the papers I've used are from Maja Design collections and the roses are from Craft Heaven.

The stamps haven't been released separately yet, so I don't know their official names.  I'm calling this one Selfie Tilda for now!  I have painted her with Distress Inks using the no lines technique, as always.  I have then stamped several of the text and 'emoji' stamps that came in the kit around her.  I love the #selfie one and the lips!

I have used another text stamp from the kit on a thought bubble which was cut with a Doohickey die.  The lightbulb paperclip is from my stash.

On the speech bubbles I have used some 'emoji' stamps from the kit - a balloon and an ice cream.  The ice cream comes as three separate stamps so you can place the cherry in different places, which is cute!

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Craft Heaven DT - Sightseeing Tilda

Good evening!  I have another card to share with you for Craft Heaven today.  I am so in love with the Let's Go! Collection from Magnolia.  They're all so cute!  Today I have masked Sitting Sightseeing Tilda with the Cottage Window.  The papers are all by Maja Design.

As usual I have painted the images with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I have used a Distress Ink Marker to add the leading to the window.

In this photo you can hopefully see that I have added Glossy Accents to the glass and the camera lens.  It looks so cool in real life!

I have used the Heart Tag Doohickey for the tags and the Insta Stripes Doohickey too.  The butterflies were cut from a Pion Design paper.  The roses are from Craft Heaven and the blue Gardenia is from Magnolia!

I have also used the Insta Love Cam Doohickey die and layered the lens and heart with 3D pads.

The roses are from Craft Heaven and the blue Gardenia is from Magnolia!

The leaves and flowers were cut with a Doohickey die from Vintage Box No. 3.  They look so similar to the leaves and flowers on the Cottage Window stamp, so they were perfect for this card!

I hope you like it and thanks for looking! x

Tilda With Flower Pot

Good evening!  Today I have an oldie Magnolia stamp from the Butterfly Dreams Collection to show you.  She's perfect for a Mother's Day card I think!

As usual I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I've also used a white gel pen to add some details to the flowers and her cheeks.

I have used a tag from Doohickey Volume 5 and added some lace from my stash.

The hearts are the cut outs from the tags and I have also used the Rose Leaf Doohickey for the leaves.

The flowers were cut using a Doohickey Die from Volume 14.  I have used Maja Design papers throughout.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking! x
