Craft Heaven DT - Lantern Tilda

Good afternoon!  I am back with another Christmas card to show you using Lantern Tilda by Magnolia, Magnolia Doohickeys and Maja Design papers.

As always I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I have added some Stardust stickles to the snow flakes and lantern light.   The card shape was cut with the frame die from Magnolia Vintage Box 4.

I have used the Slender Firs Doohickey, So Wrapped Merry Christmas tag and So Wrapped Snowflake tag along with cherry blossoms and roses.  The deer is from Magnolia Vintage Box 6.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Quick Christmas Cards

Good afternoon!  I have some quick and easy cards to share with you today using the gorgeous new Maja Design Christmas papers, Traditional Christmas, and Magnolia sentiment stamps.  All five cards took less than an hour - exactly what was needed when I had last minute cards to make at the weekend.  I love how they turned out though.  I just love round cards!

Each card is more or less the same: just a different sentiment and the stars are not all in the same places depending on where they fitted best with the sentiments.

All of the sentiments have been embossed with gold embossing powder.

I just love the cute little elves on these papers!  They are so cute that I cannot bring myself to use the accompanying cut out sheet with them on lol!

All of the edges have been inked with Walnut Stain Distress Ink.

I hope you like them and thanks for looking!

Believe

Good afternoon!  Today I have another Christmas card to show using the gorgeous new Maja Design papers and some cute dies.  I've used an old Magnolia stamp for the image - a gorgeous Santa.

As always I have used the no lines technique and painted Santa with Distress Inks.  I have added Stardust Stickles to his buckle, beard and some of the presents and bows.  I have also added Glitter Snow in drops to create the snow flurry.  How gorgeous is the 'believe' die cut from Tonic Studios?  I love it!

The tags were cut with the Woodland Tags heart shape - I love these and have used them a lot already.  Here I have made the exterior 'bark' white and the centre kraft cardstock to resemble pieces taken from a silver birch tree.  The 25 was cut with numbers from the Thinlits Elle Lower Case die set.  I am creating a December Daily with my daughter and we are using the set a lot!

I have also added vintage white seam binding and tiny bells from Craft Heaven.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Craft Heaven DT - Ice-Skating Card

Good evening!  I have another shaker card to show you today - but this time it is a shaker card and a slider card!

As usual I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I have also used a white gel pen for the dots on her cheeks and eyes and Stardust Stickles on her ice skates and hat tassle.

Inside the shaker I have used the cute winter scene from Doohickey Volume 7 and pretend snow from my stash.

Watch the video to see Tilda in action!

Behind Tilda I have used the Winter Tree Doohickey die and used some of the pieces to make little drifts of snow too.  I have added touches of Glitter Snow around the edges of the card.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Craft Heaven DT - Santa Tilda Shaker Card

I'm making good progress with my Christmas cards this year and have this shaker card to share with you today using the cute Santa Tilda from Magnolia.  I have used Maja Design papers from the Joyous Winterdays Collection.

As always I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I have added Stardust Stickles to her gloves and hat tassle.

Inside the shaker I have used the Snowy Forest Doohickey and the winter scene from Doohickey Volume 7 layered in front of it.  I have used some fake snow from my stash inside the shaker.

The 'Let it Snow!' sentiment is from the I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas Holiday Pop Up stamp set.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!

Craft Heaven DT - Snow Angel Card

Good afternoon!  I'm excited to show you today's Christmas card that I have made to give to my daughter this year.  As soon as I saw the image of Tilda making a snow angel I wanted to see if I could make her actually make snow angel movements.

The card base was cut with the Heartfelt Doohickey die and the papers are by Maja Design and the silver glitter card is from my stash - I recycled it from some Christmas crackers!

As always I have painted Tilda with Distress Inks using the no lines technique.  I have added Stardust Stickles to the snowflake on her trousers.

I have used the background snowflake Doohickey die from the Aspen Holidays collection by Magnolia behind the image and coated it in Stickles too.   I have also used the snowy forest Doohickey but have cut the row of trees in half and layered them up.  The blossoms are from Craft Heaven and the 'I'm dreaming of a white Christmas' sentiment comes with Tilda in the stamp set of the same name.

The smaller snowflakes were cut with the snowflake Doohickeys from the Cocoa Tilda Stamp n Cutz set and the hearts in the centres are off cuts from the large snowflake die.  The 'Daughter' was cut with a die from my stash.

Here's a little video clip showing Tilda making her snow angel!

I hope you like it and thanks for looking.  Stay safe!

Northern Lights Christmas Card

Good afternoon!  Today I have a clean and simple Christmas card to show you using the gorgeous stamps from the Northern Light Holiday Pop Up set by Magnolia.  I didn't intend to make a clean and simple card but once I'd finished painting the scene I added the Northern Lights to the background using the wet on wet technique and then thought it was too pretty to surround with lots of embellishments.  I have simply mounted the picture onto some Maja Design plain paper and cut the edge with a Magnolia edge Doohickey.

I decided instead to just add the sentiment, which comes with the set, and some 'snowflakes' in the form of the circles that were the waste product of the edge Doohickey die I used for the card base!  I also added Stardust Stickles to all of the stamped snowflakes.

I hope you like it and thanks for looking!
